First Look: Donruss Elite Extra Edition - Collegiate Patches

Donruss Elite Extra Edition will release next week and the launch is packed full of 2008 baseball draft picks in a checklist 135-plus deep.

Former Georgia Bulldog shortstop and College World Series standout - Gordon Beckham - will be appearing on packaging. Beckham also sent Donruss a game-used Georgia jersey worn during the 2008 season in which the Bulldogs reached the College World Series final before falling to Fresno State.

Also making an appearance will be the 2008 Golden Spikes Award winner as the top amateur player in the nation and the fifth-overall player taken in the 2008 MLB First Year Player Draft, Buster Posey. Posey joins Beckham and top prospect Rick Porcello, the Detroit Tigers' first-round pick in 2007 whose autographs can only be found in Donruss products, in the release.
