LEGENDARY CONTENDERS

BRIAN WESTBROOK, RB - Philadelphia Eagles (167 Rushing Yards, 2 Touchdowns, 6 Receptions for 42 Receiving Yards)
Card to Grab - 2002 Playoff Contenders #112 AU/600

The game's most dynamic player returned to the lineup Sunday and showed the NFL his versatility by leading the Eagles in both rushing and receptions. Westbrook racked-up a career-high 167 yards running the ball, scored two touchdowns and hauled in six passes in Philadelphia's 27-14 win over the Falcons. If the former Villanova standout is 100% healthy, his assault on the league will have fantasy owners licking their chops and the rest of the league looking over their shoulders for the Eagles.

TED GINN, WR - Miami Dolphins (175 Receiving Yards)
Card to Grab - 2007 Playoff Contenders #227 AU/519

Last year's first-round draft pick has been waiting for his "coming-to-the-NFL" moment and the former Buckeye finally had it on Sunday. Not only did Ginn record his first 100-yard receiving day in the NFL, he also racked up 175 yards as the Dolphins took out Buffalo 25-16. If Miami is going to take this thing to the next level, look for Ginn to be a key piece to that puzzle.

ROOKIE ROLL CALL

Baltimore moved to 4-3 behind the creative work of quarterback Joe Flacco. In the Ravens' 29 - 10 win over Oakland; Flacco passed for 140 yards, caught a 43 yard pass and rushed for 23 yards and a touchdown.

DONNIE AVERY, WR - St. Louis Rams (163 Yards Receiving, 1 Touchdown)

For the third week in a row, Donnie Avery led the Rams in receiving, finishing the day with six catches for 163 yards - including a 69 yard touchdown.

ONES TO WATCH

TYLER THIGPEN, QB - Kansas City Chiefs (25/36, 280 Passing Yards, 2 Touchdowns, 110.9 Quarterback Rating)
Card to Grab - 2007 Playoff Contenders #236 AU

Kansas City has seen three different quarterbacks take the field on their way to a disappointing 1-6 start to the season. In Week 8, the former seventh-round draft pick made his case for being the starter for the rest of the season by matching Brett Favre throw-for-throw (Favre ended 28/40, 290 Passing Yards, 2 Touchdowns) to keep the Chiefs close in a 28-24 loss to the Jets. Kansas City has weapons, so if Thigpen can get them the ball, the former Coastal Carolina signal caller will be one to watch in the coming weeks!
