Panini America Partners with San Francisco 49ers for Season-Long U.S. Bank Card Set

Through the first two games of the 2012 NFL season, the San Francisco 49ers have looked every bit the Super Bowl contender most preseason experts predicted they’d be. Now, thanks to a special partnership between Panini America, the 49ers and U.S. Bank, they have a special championship-caliber card set to match.

Beginning with last Sunday night’s stirring 27-19 victory over the Detroit Lions, fans attending each San Francisco home game will have the opportunity to collect a free limited-edition eight-card U.S. Bank set that previews Panini America’s 2012 Absolute Football design. In addition to one card in the set being distributed at the U.S. Bank booth during each home game (last night’s featured quarterback Alex Smith), fans also can pick up their cards at participating U.S. Bank branches following each game.
