OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE AS OF 8/17/11.
PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

How to Participate: Promotion begins at 12:00:01 am Central Time ("CT") on 7/25/12 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CT on 5/1/13 (the "Promotion Period"). The object of Panini "FOOTBALL" Sticker Promotion (the "Promotion") is to collect & save the letters "A, B, F, L, O, T" to spell "FOOTBALL". You may participate in one of two ways: 1) Purchase: Purchase packages of Panini Sticker packets (while supplies last) and look inside for the following letters on the sticker backs "A, B, F, L, O, T"; OR 2) Mail: To obtain a Panini Sticker Packet and Official Rules without making a purchase send a self addressed stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return stamp) to be received by 5/7/13 to: 5325 FAA Blvd., Suite 100, Irving, Texas 75061 Attn: Panini America Spell "FOOTBALL" Sticker Packet Request. Limit one entry request per stamped outer mailing envelope, mailed separately. Not all sticker packets will contain letters.

Prize Claim Instructions: Once all letters are collected to spell "FOOTBALL": a.) Detach the (9) letters to spell out ""FOOTBALL" (facsimiles & reproductions not accepted); b.) Hand print your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, & date of birth on a plain 3"x 5" piece of paper; c.) Insert all of the above in a sealed envelope; & d.) Mail to (using a traceable mailing method): Panini America "FOOTBALL" Sticker Promotion, 5325 FAA Blvd., Suite 100, Irving, Texas 75061 to be received by 5/14/13. Limit one claim per stamped outer mailing envelope, mailed separately. Incomplete entries are ineligible. Please make sure you keep a photocopy of all materials and the tracking number for your records. Proof of mailing is not deemed proof of receipt. All prize calls/claims must be received by 5/14/13 and are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules. Upon verification of claim, potential winner will be contacted via mail. All Promotion materials submitted are the property of Panini America, Inc. ("Sponsor") and will not be returned. Mechanical reproductions and claims with the intent to subvert the prize claim process will be void. Panini letters received through unauthorized or illegitimate channels or are forged, tampered with or otherwise altered are void. Unclaimed prizes, if any, will be awarded in a 2nd Chance Drawing.

Prizes/Odds: (500) Prizes: (1) Panini Branded Prize (Approximate Retail Value "ARV"=$8). Total ARV of all prizes is $4,000. Prizes may include one or more of the following components: sticker packets, trading card packages, bags, and t-shirts. Prizes awarded will be randomly assigned by Sponsor. All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility, verification of prize claim compliance with these Official Rules. The actual odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of sticker packages sold and the total number of mail-in requests received during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) Prize per person, per household and per email address.

2nd Chance Drawing: To enter 2nd Chance drawing, hand print your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, & date of birth on a plain 3"x 5" piece of paper & mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by 5/7/13 to: Panini America "FOOTBALL" 2nd Chance, 5325 FAA Blvd., Suite 100, Irving, Texas 75061. Enter as often as you wish, but each 2nd Chance entry must be mailed separately. Odds of winning in 2nd Chance drawing depend on number of unclaimed Prizes & number of eligible 2nd Chance entries received. 2nd Chance winners, if any, will be notified by mail, email, or telephone and will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. 2nd Chance drawing will be conduct on/about 5/28/13 if necessary.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older as of 7/25/12. ("Participants"). Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Sponsor, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Properties LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, franchisees, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively "Released Parties") and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

General: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the individual winner. If an eligible minor is selected as a winner, prize may be awarded in the name of said minor's parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Noncompliance with the above, with these Official Rules, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner being selected in the random 2nd Chance Drawing. If valid prize claims received exceed the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules due to printing, seeding or other errors, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the correct number of prizes as stated in these Official Rules from among legitimate, valid and eligible prize claims. In no event will more prizes be awarded than set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person and void entries, Panini letters and/or prize claims of any person who it believes has tampered with the entry process or any other component of this Promotion, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Promotion, or who is in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries, Panini letters or prize claims and/or to modify, cancel or suspend this Promotion (or portion thereof) should, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion and, in the event the Promotion is cancelled, at its discretion, randomly select potential winners for any unclaimed prizes from among all eligible non-suspect non-winning 2nd Chance entries received prior to event requiring such action. By participating, entrants agree that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant's name, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification; and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrants for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for late, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, delayed, misdirected, inaccurate, postage due, lost or misdirected Panini letters, prize claims or mail. Proof of mailing is not proof of delivery. Any Panini letters or prize claim that is defaced, mutilated, forged, illegible, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, contains printing or other errors or that is not legitimately obtained is void. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of participation) to play is prohibited. If Released Parties, in their sole discretion, determines that an entrant is in violation of these Official Rules, all entries and any prize claim from that entrant or email address will be void. Released Parties are not responsible for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, problems or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of prize claims, the announcement of the prizes, or for printing, typographical, seeding, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules, the Panini letters or other promotion-related materials. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by Texas law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be (A) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (B) filed only in the state or federal courts situated in Tarrant County, Texas and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will entrant be entitled to obtain attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (iv) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
